We will gladly extend your trial password as needed. Even though we advertise 30-day free trials, your initial password is valid for 60 days. If you need more time, email admin@mackinney.com.

Passwords are emailed when we receive payment for the products. If you need an extended temporary password, email admin@mackinney.com.

I just downloaded a new version of our software. How do I get an unzip password?

New unzip and product passwords will be emailed to you within the hour during normal working hours.
