Invoke transaction HPRA, go to option 1 Installation Options and verify the TRAN PREFIX - it should be HPR unless you have reason to change it. Now press enter to update.

1. Reinstall the RDO group from HPRJRDO
   
2. Verify the following programs have EXECKEY set to CICS:
   

                        HPRPCOL
                        HPRPENA
                        HPRPEXS
                        HPRPEXZ
                        HPRPPLT
                        HPRPPRM
                        HPRPPRT
                        HPRPPWD

What happened to printout on TYPE=SYSTEM printer?

Add SPOOL=YES in the SIT.
