JRB archival and browser access
Optional compression of documents is provided by PK-ZIP compatible technology that yields up to 88% effectiveness.
The archive has a 'tree' structure using directories. The structure is defined by the JRB administrator and can be tailored to the needs of the customer. The JRB web page below illustrates a sample archival structure:

ARCHIVE BACKUP AND RESTORE
Archives can be purged to back-up storage based upon a number of criteria including the age of the document. When a document is backed up it is removed from archival and placed in history. History can be viewed and searched with the browser the same as archival. All it takes to restore a backed-up report is a click on your browser.
