- Added support to specify the VTAM APPLID on the JCL EXEC statement via PARM= parameter.
- Appends the VTAM/Switch USERID to the VTAM/Switch command messages written to the GSLOG dataset.
- Added field sensitive help for the VTAM/Switch administration screens.
- Option added to place the cursor at the command line for VTAM/Switch administration screens.
- More help information was added for the LIBx screens.
- For MVS installations, the RACF calls to verify the user will be done on a separate TCB to prevent VTAM/Switch from hanging when RACF waits on an operator reply.
- Added audit logging of VTAM/Switch definition changes through the administration menus.
- Refresh command added for VTAM/Switch LIBx commands to reissue the command without re-keying the command.
- Added option to PURGE command to terminate logical sessions for user.
- For MVS installations, VTAM/Switch will write SMF records.
- Improves the generic processing to filter VTAM/Switch definitions on the Administration screens and line commands by allowing the masking characters defined in the Control Table to be used in any position of the definition name.

- New feature added, pressing the ATTN key immediately a 2nd time will simulate the ATTN key to the application and return the user to session mode.
- New feature added, allowing the PF3 key to LOGOFF the user on the VTAM/Switch Session Selection screen.
- For MVS installations; option to change the console route code from 1 to 13 for all VTAM/Switch messages.
- New feature added, allows users with OPENX authority to add applications to their application menu through the user PROFILE feature.
- Support for a repeat FIND command for VTAM/Switch screens.
- New feature added, allows a "trigger string" keyed on an application screen to perform a VTAM/Switch command.
- New feature added, allows the user to control which applications will be opened when the user signs onto VTAM/Switch. This option is available to installations using the Online User Profile option.
